Tigerhawk Technologies 20th Anniversary “Candles & Cancún” Promotion

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

  • Start Date: June 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT).

  • End Date (Entry Deadline): August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”).

  • Winner Selection/Draw Date: September 2, 2025.

All times referenced herein are Central Time (CT). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will be disqualified.

2. SPONSOR
Tigerhawk Technologies, Inc., located in Hannibal, Missouri (the “Sponsor”), is solely responsible for the administration of this promotion, including prize fulfillment.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • Entrant Requirements:
    • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at time of entry.
    • Must be a legal resident of the United States, residing in Missouri, Illinois, or Iowa.
    • Must not be (a) an employee, officer, director, or agent of Sponsor, or (b) a member of the immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, child, or household member) of any such employee, officer, director, or agent (collectively, “Affiliate”).
    • Void where prohibited by law.

  • Referral Requirements:
    • Referred business (“Referral”) must (i) sign a new, one-year Tigerhawk Complete Managed Services Agreement (“Agreement”) during the Promotion Period and (ii) provide the full name of the individual or entity making the referral (“Referrer”) at time of contracting.
    • “Tigerhawk Complete” is Sponsor’s managed services program. Full program details are available at https://www.tigerhawktech.com/msp/.
    • Each qualified Referral whose Agreement is signed on or before August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT will count as one (1) entry for the Referrer—credited as one thousand (1,000) entries (see Section 6). Only the first qualifying Agreement per referred business will be credited.

  • Discretionary Disqualification:
    Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entry/Referral that does not comply with these Official Rules or that contains false or incomplete information.

4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) ways to enter:

  1. Automatic Entry via Qualified Referral:
    a. Prospective business (“Referral”) must execute a one-year Tigerhawk Complete Agreement with Sponsor during the Promotion Period.
    b. At the time of signing, the Referral must provide the full name of the Referrer (the person/entity submitting the referral).
    c. Sponsor’s CEO (JR Bareis) will maintain records of each qualified Agreement that names a Referrer. Each such Agreement counts as up to one thousand (1,000) entries for that Referrer (see Section 6).
    d. A qualified Referral may not be previously served by Sponsor under a Tigerhawk Complete plan; it must be a new, first-time subscriber.

  2. Mail-In (No Purchase Necessary) Entry:
    a. To enter without making a Referral/Purchase, legibly hand-print on a 3″ × 5″ postcard: (i) your full name, (ii) complete mailing address, (iii) valid email address, and (iv) daytime phone number. On the same side, plainly print “No Purchase Entry – 20th Anniversary Promotion.”
    b. Mail postcard in a business-sized (#10) sealed envelope with proper postage to:

    c. Mail-In Entry must be received by Sponsor by September 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT.
    d. Each Mail-In Entry counts as exactly one (1) entry. Limit one (1) Mail-In Entry per person. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions accepted.

All mail-in postcards and all Referrals (once qualified) will collectively be referred to herein as “Entries.” Each valid, unique Entry constitutes one (1) “entry” or one thousand (1,000) “entries,” as applicable, in the random drawing.

5. PRIZE

  • Grand Prize (1):
    • A four-night, five-day all-inclusive, adults-only resort vacation for two (2) adults in Cancún, Mexico. Includes:
    – Round-trip economy airfare for two (2) from St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) to Cancún International Airport (CUN), booked and ticketed by Sponsor’s travel partner, The Travel House of Quincy.
    – Ground transfers (airport ↔ resort).
    – Four (4) consecutive nights’ accommodations at an adults-only, all-inclusive resort in Cancún, including lodging, all meals, snacks, unlimited beverages, and on-site resort activities.
    – All applicable taxes, resort fees, and service charges.
    – A one-year trip insurance package (redeemable for cancellations or changes within one (1) year of departure).

    • Estimated Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,500 USD.
    • Winner is responsible for obtaining a valid U.S. passport.
    • Travel must be booked by Sponsor’s travel partner and taken between November 1, 2025 and April 30, 2026 (blackout dates may apply).
    • If Winner is unable to travel within the specified travel window for any reason, Sponsor will offer an alternate prize of equal or lesser value (e.g., a Travel House of Quincy gift certificate). No cash alternative, unless required by law.
    • Winner and guest must be age twenty-one (21) or older at time of travel.

All aspects of prize elements are subject to availability and change. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize cannot be awarded for any reason. All prize details not specified herein will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

6. RANDOM DRAWING, ENTRY ALLOCATION & ODDS

  1. Entry Allocation:

    • Mail-In Entry: Each person who submits a valid postcard (per Section 4) will receive one (1) entry in the drawing. Limit one (1) Mail-In Entry per person.

    • Referral Entry: For each distinct new Tigerhawk Complete Agreement signed by a referred business during the Promotion Period that names a valid Referrer, Sponsor will credit that Referrer with one thousand (1,000) separate entries into the drawing pool. Only the first qualifying Agreement per referred business counts. A single Referrer may receive up to 1,000 entries per unique referred business.

  2. Odds of Winning:
    Odds depend on the total number of entries in the pool. Each entry (mail-in or referral entry) has an equal chance of selection.

    • Example: If there are five (5) valid mail-in postcards (5 entries) and three (3) qualified referrals (each worth 1,000 entries, for a total of 3,000 entries), the overall pool equals 3,005 entries. In that scenario, a person with one (1) mail-in entry has odds of 1 in 3,005, while a referrer with one (1) qualified referral (1,000 entries) has odds of 1,000 in 3,005.

  3. Random Drawing:
    On or about September 2, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor’s designated representative, whose decisions are final.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM

  • Potential Winner will be notified by telephone (to the phone number provided at time of Referral or on Mail-In Entry) within three (3) business days after the drawing.

  • Potential Winner must respond to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of initial notification, providing any requested information (e.g., valid passport details, travel preferences). If the potential Winner cannot be reached within forty-eight (48) hours, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected via random drawing from the remaining eligible Entries.

  • Before awarding the prize, Sponsor may require the Winner to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release (collectively, the “Release Documents”). If the Winner fails to return all Release Documents within the required time period (as specified on the documents), an alternate Winner may be selected.

IMPORTANT TAX NOTICE: All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The ARV of the prize will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC if required by law.

8. PRIVACY & USE OF INFORMATION

  • By entering, each Entrant consents to Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information submitted in connection with this Promotion for purposes of administration, winner notification, prize fulfillment, and as otherwise permitted by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.tigerhawktech.com/privacy-policy/.

  • Sponsor will not sell or share Entrants’ personal information to third parties, except as necessary to facilitate prize fulfillment or as required by law.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited, Entrant grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use his/her name, likeness, image, and/or prize information, in any media (including Sponsor’s website and social media channels), for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will select the Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to cancellation.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for (a) late, lost, corrupted, or misdirected Entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunctions or failures of any kind; (d) any unauthorized human intervention; or (e) any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or device relating to or resulting from participation in the Promotion.

  • In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the “Entrant” will be the natural person to whom the winning phone number or mailing address is assigned by the relevant service provider.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to correct any error or mistake in the administration of the Promotion or in these Official Rules, and such corrections will be binding.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE
By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, travel providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity;

  • Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; or

  • Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions of phones, computers, networks, servers, access issues, or providers, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

12. DISPUTES
Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions.
Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Promotion shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Marion County, Missouri.

  • For a copy of the Winner’s name, available after September 30, 2025, mail a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
