This year, we added a Security Operations Center (SOC) across our client environments. Think of it as a 24/7 digital security team that doesn’t wait around for problems to get worse. When something suspicious happens, it can be addressed immediately, often before we even need to step in.

Instead of finding issues only during periodic checkups, we’re adding tools that continuously look for weaknesses and misconfigurations. That allows us to fix problems earlier, often before they cause downtime or support tickets.
Smarter Email Protection
One of our biggest additions coming in 2026 is INKY. Email remains the #1 way problems start, and INKY gives us a better way to spot suspicious messages and warn users clearly and simply. No technical jargon, just straightforward guidance that helps people make better decisions.
